I will miss my big brother he was my protector and supporter. Ken grow up on a farm outside of Burstall, Sask. where he learned and developed strong work habits. He was very creative and could fix anything. He even built a motorcycle out of a an old washing machine and bicycle. He met the love of his love Marjorie in the Burstall area and had four beautiful boys. Ken learned a trade as a welder and worked many years in the Burstall area and helped on the farm. He was a big help to my mother when our Dad passed away by working on the farm and as a welder at TransCanada Pipelines. Later in life Ken went out on his own to do pipeline welding and left Burstall. He was very meticulous in his welding and was one of the most sought after pipeline welders in Western Canada. His dream was to become the oldest pipeline welder in Alberta and I believe he may have made it. Ken later married Doreen and resided in Cochrane. He loved camping with his grandchildren and was very proud of his boys and step girls. We will miss you big brother.
Love from your Little brother Llyle
