William 'Bill' Campbell Tough

To those around him, he was known as Bill.  He dedicated his career to the banking industry, where he rose through the ranks at ATB with unwavering determination and a commitment to excellence. He then continued in other business achievements selling cheese and becoming a small real estate mogul.

He was a devoted father who cherished his children. He nurtured their dreams, celebrated their successes, and provided unwavering support during challenging times. His love and guidance has forever shaped their lives.

As a dedicated Shriner, Bill exemplified the true meaning of service. He selflessly devoted his time, energy, and resources to support charitable causes and make a positive difference in the lives of those less fortunate. His commitment to helping others was an inspiration to all who knew him.

To his friends, Bill was a steadfast companion, always ready with a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on, and a contagious sense of humor. He brought joy and laughter into their lives, making every moment spent in his company memorable and cherished. His loyalty and unwavering friendship will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Above all, William was a loving husband who cherished his marriage and the bond he shared with his soulmate. Together, they navigated life's joys and challenges with unwavering support, love, and dedication. Their partnership was a testament to the power of love, resilience, and unwavering commitment.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Al Azhar Shrine Temple.
