Theodore 'Fred' Shostak

In Loving Memory

On March 27, 2025, Fred passed away at his home, in Calgary, Alberta. He was born in Smokey Lake, Alberta in 1938. 

Fred is survived by his wife, Rita, and sons, Michael, Stephen and Peter (Dale). He was predeceased by his parents Teodor and Anna, and his siblings, Mary, Sophia, Anne, Olga, John, Steve and Walter. His family also includes many cousins, nieces and nephews throughout western Canada.  

Fred was a family man, a hard worker and always there to lend a hand whenever it was needed. He will be sorely missed by those who knew him.

There will be a Celebration of Life service held in his honour, in Calgary, on April 12, 2025.  For those who wish to attend, please contact the family for details.
