The Rev. Fr. Henry Rosenbaum, SAC

In the charity of your prayers, please remember Fr. Henry Rosenbaum, SAC, who passed away this Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the age of 91 years. Fr. Rosenbaum served for many years in the Diocese of Calgary, most recently as pastor of St. Boniface Parish and St. Cecilia’s Parish in Calgary, along with many other assignments in the diocese.

The Prayer Service for Fr. Rosenbaum will be held at St. Cecilia’s Roman Catholic Church (321 90 Ave SE, Calgary, AB) on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 7:00 pm.

The Funeral Mass for Fr. Rosenbaum will be held at St. Cecilia’s Roman Catholic Church (321 90 Ave SE, Calgary, AB) on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 11:00 am. A Graveside Service will follow at the St. Mary's Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations for Fr. Rosenbaum may be made to a charity of your choice. 

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
