Ruth Deimuth

Ruth Arlene Deimuth was born in Calgary, Alberta on July 28, 1951. Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed peacefully on December 24, 2021, at the Foothills Hospital, at the age of 70. Predeceased by her parents Laurence and Alma Dunning; her sister Patricia Dunning; and her son Richard Laszynskyj. She is survived by her daughter Sherry Laszynskyj; son Michael Laszynskyj; husband Cameron Deimuth; step-daughter Robyn Deimuth; brother Robert Dunning; sister Carol Winstanley; and grandchildren Hailey, Destiny, Zoey, Quade and Xander.

Ruth was a woman of courage, strength, and compassion. Ruth’s many passions included painting, gardening, animals, and of course who could forget, shopping! She was incredibly selfless and caring, always donating to different organizations and the first to offer help to someone in need. The world needs more people like Ruth. Her gift of giving will live on through her family.

She was a true light in this world and can never be replaced, however, we know her spirit is here guiding us from the other side.
