Reginald "Reg" Richardson

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of a beloved husband, loving father, amazing grandfather and all round great guy. Reg leaves behind his wife Marie, his sons; Reg (Tracy), Scott (Michele) and grandkids; Spencer, Emily, Bo, Ben, Zach, Jordon, Justin, Hailey, Matt and Kaitlyn, as well as his father Lorne Richardson of Minto, New Brunswick, his two sisters; Debbie (Ricky), Karen (Rodney) and his Aunt Pat and Uncle Earl. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his mother. Reg spent ten years in the Canadian Services where he met the love of his life. Upon completion of his service he spent his remaining working years as a fitter here in Calgary, where Reg and Marie raised their family. When Reg wasn’t working, you could find him enjoying his two passions; woodworking and his game of golf. He enjoyed a good game of golf with his sons, grandkids and friends and left to his family some wonderful pieces they proudly display. A celebration of Reg’s life will be held at Evan J. Strong Funeral Services at a later date.
