Obituary
Peter Kalutich passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on April 24, 2023, at the age of 83. Born on November 2, 1939, in Tomahawk, Alberta, Peter enjoyed a long and very successful career in oil and gas. A loving husband to his wife of 57 years, Sheryl Kalutich. Peter adored his three children, Scott Kalutich, Stephanie Meadows-Morris (Sheridon Hildebrand) and Tanya Kalutich-Quiding (Corey Quiding), as well as his four grandchildren, Logan Meadows, Abigail Quiding, Tyler Quiding, and Hannah Morris, who remember him fondly for his skill as an avid golfer and summers spent with family in Kelowna, BC.
A commanding presence whenever he entered the room and as humorous as he was scholarly, the absence of Peter’s sharp wit will be deeply missed by his loved ones. Peter felt strongly that he had never attended a funeral he enjoyed, and so the family would like to announce that there will be no formal celebration of life or funeral, as a family we will celebrate his life daily with our precious memories.
