Marty 'Jay' Thomas La Rose

It's with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marty Thomas "JAY " La Rose on January 3rd, 2022 in Calgary Alberta Jay was born May 21st, 1978 in Calgary Alberta.

Jay is survived by his mother Lois and stepfather Kelly; his daughter Tanisha (Graham); sister Gina (Cody); Dalton-nephew; Kassie-niece; and many many cousins, Aunts, and Uncles.

There will be a gathering of friends & family on Wednesday, January 12th at 2 pm at Evan J. Strong Funeral Services (5502 - 2nd Street S.W. Calgary).

There is a max of 50 attendees allowed due to Covid-19 restrictions; as well everyone needs to be double vaccinated with QR code and identification; or proof of a negative covid test result (taken within 72 hours of the service), if we reach the 50 on the day of the gathering we will ask for you to please wait outside until room is available. 

There will be no actual service at this time, if you would like to say something while in attendance you are more than welcome.

We will host a Celebration of Life on May 21, 2022, on Jay's 44th birthday, and come together to celebrate with him as he always dreamed of.
