With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lorraine Kettle, 77, on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Lorraine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who lived a life of love, purpose, and service. She was born on November 14, 1947, in Manning, Alberta, to Philomena and Stefan Pernisch, the youngest of six siblings.
Lorraine is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Rob Kettle; her cherished children, Rebecca (Tony) and Reagan (Jordan); and her two exceptional grandsons, Charlie and Noah, who were the light of her life. She is also survived by her sister Janet (Clarence) and her nieces Michelle (Kevin, Finn, and Crosby) and Colleen (John), as well as nephews Brian and Gary. Lorraine is predeceased by her siblings Johnny, Georgina, Bernice, and Leo, as well as her niece Joanne and nephew Allen.
Lorraine's passion in life was helping others uncover their true potential. Through her work with The Infinite You, she touched countless lives, offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability. She believed in creating genuine soul-to-soul connections and held a deep desire to see others thrive. Her honesty, fearlessness, and commitment to making a difference made her a guiding light to everyone who knew her.
She had a unique ability to make people feel seen, safe, and heard. Lorraine spoke the truth without hesitation, even when it was hard, and she created a space of love and accountability that inspired others to grow. Her warmth, laughter, and unforgettable hugs were unmatched, as was her remarkable ability to enjoy life, whether it was with a glass of Chardonnay or in the company of her loved ones.
Lorraine’s impact on the world is immeasurable. She was a role model, a force of nature, and a soul that shined brightly. Her legacy will live on in the countless lives she touched and in the hearts of her family, who will carry her lessons and love forward.
Her light may no longer grace this earth, but her spirit will continue to shine in the lives of all who loved her. Rest peacefully, Lorraine, you will be loved forever and missed beyond measure.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate team at Agape Hospice, who provided exceptional care to Lorraine in her final days.
