Leona Jones Obituary

Leona Jones passed away on July 8, 2020 at the age of 73 years. Leona was predeceased by her parents Eldon and Peggy Lane, and her son Ronald Jones. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years Gordon Jones; her children Donald Jones, Shirley (Gerard) Delaney, Nancy (Mike) Gibb, Diane (Gord) Susinski, and Laura (Tim) Mckervey; seventeen grandchildren, one great-granddaughter; four sisters and two brothers. A viewing will take place at Evan J. Strong Funeral Services (5502-2 St SW) from 12:00 – 1:00pm on Sunday, July 12, 2020. Funeral Service to be held at Silver Springs Golf and Country Club (1600 Varsity Estates Dr NW) on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 1:00pm.
