Lawrence (Lorne) Stanley Bogdon

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lorne in his 86th year. Loving husband of 60 years to Christine; father to Michelle (Greg), and Tony (Stacey); and Opa to his cherished grandson Knox. Lorne passed away peacefully surrounded by family. We will dearly miss his large presence and quirky nature.

A celebration of his life will be held with family and friends in Lorne and Christine’s garden, a place that they both loved, once the weather and Covid allows.

The family sincerely thanks the staff in Units 100 and 112 at the Foothills Hospital for the compassion and care provided to Lorne.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
