Keven Delaney Sherwood Easton

A new star has found her place in the heavens.

It is with great sadness and deep love that we share the passing of Keven Delaney Sherwood Easton. She took her last breath by her husband’s side on October 15, 2020. She was a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and best friend to all who met her. She fought the battle of her life against cervical cancer with bravery, humour and optimism. Through Keven’s battle, her closest family and friends surrounded her with love. 

She is survived by the love of her life, Jordan “River” Easton and her beloved daughter Lunabelle Easton; her mother Pam Sherwood and dad Geoff Carberry; brother “Jon” Juniper and nieces Tasman, Soma, and Aoroa; aunts Carolyn (Dave) and Gayle (Doug); cousins Sarah, Sean (Hallie) & Baby Maisie; Parents-In-Love Bill and Melanie, brothers Sean (Breanna), Taylor (Sophie), and Brett; nieces and nephew Roxy, Ruby and Jude; and all the amazing friends too numerous to count. Keven was predeceased by her father Dennis, and grandparents Dale and Lucy.

Words cannot describe how amazing this woman was. Keven will be remembered for her bright smile, sense of fun and mischief and her infectious energy. She was an incredible artist and saw the world through that lens, always wanting to make it more beautiful. Keven was a force of nature with a heart larger than life!

Visitation will be held at Evan J. Strong Funeral Services (5502 2 Street SW) on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 3:00-4:00pm. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
