Jennifer Kimm Shipley

Jennifer Kimm Shipley, 72, of Calgary, Alberta, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2026, at Southwood Care Centre.

 Kimm was born on December 3, 1953, in Winnipeg, Manitoba to Doreen Gemmell and Al Boyd, and was the youngest of two children.

 Left to cherish her memory are her husband Lance, her daughter Alyson (Chris), her niece Jennifer, her nephew Shaun, and her grandchildren Luna, Evie and Jasper.

 She was predeceased by her mother Doreen, her father Al, and her sister Susan.

 Kimm was the heart of her family. She was a loving and welcoming person who found her greatest joy in being a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her warmth and kind heart earned her many dear friends over the years who will miss her deeply.
