Jan Fleisman

Jan Fleisman, beloved husband of Krystyna Fleisman of Calgary, passed away on September 25, 2025 at the age of 84 years old.

Jan was born on June 20, 1941 in South Bohemia, Czech Republic. He immigrated to Calgary, AB when he was 29 years old, inspired by dreams of wild horses and the Stampede. He was a successful business owner (painter) and enjoyed a long retirement.

A Celebration of Jan’s life will be held at Evan J. Strong Funeral Services South Location 5502 – 2nd Street SW, Calgary, AB on Friday, October 3rd, 2025 from 6:00 pm -8:00 pm.
