James “Jim” Thomas Riches

With great sadness, and after a lengthy period of being unwell, James “Jim” Thomas Riches passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones at the age of 70 years.

Jim served with the Navy for three years. However, his dream job was his spa & pool business, a career that brought him great pride and enjoyment. Jim had a great sense of humor and was the #1 prankster, always bringing laughter to those around him.

Jim will be deeply missed by all the many who loved him.

Jim is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Julie; sisters Deloris (Les), Gail (Russ); son Jay (Candice); granddaughter Mariah; in-laws Lori (Dean), Denise, and Dean; as well as many nieces, nephews cousins and close friends.

Jim is now in Heaven, reunited with his loving sister, Ginny, who was waiting to welcome him. With his arrival, Heaven will never be the same.

A private Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held at a later date.
