Greg passed away peacefully after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.
From an early age, he possessed a quick wit, commanding presence, and a deep love of storytelling that would shape both his personal and professional life.
In his early career he pursued his passion for theatre, where he honed his love of live performance. Greg later built a successful career in insurance and financial advising. His talent for speaking and engaging audiences continued throughout his life.
Greg adored travelling, and was always eager to share those experiences with family and friends.
He is lovingly remembered by his children, who were the great pride and joy of his life: Jonathan, Kate (Nate), Jordan, Madison, and Harrison; and his grandchildren, Atticus and Ella. He is survived by his siblings Rod, Jocelyne (Bent), Michael, Caroline, Stephanie, Meghan, and many nieces and nephews. Greg was predeceased by his sister Moyra, wife Shelley, and his treasured son, William, whose memory he carried in his heart always.
A celebration of Greg’s life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Rosedale Hospice.
