Glenda Joyce Buechler

Our beloved sister, aunt and friend has left us after a very courageous battle with cancer.

Glenda was predeceased by her parents, Joe and Peggy Buechler and her sister, Debby Zietarski (Len). She leaves her sisters, Virginia (Tim) and Wendy Mier and her brothers, Neil (Sue), Keith (Karen), Patrick (Shelley) and Robert (Cindy); as well as many nieces and nephews, plus great-nieces and great-nephews.

Glenda had careers in the army, Oil Business and many years at Canada Post. She was accomplished in many things and generous to a fault. She will be greatly missed.

Glenda’s family would like to thank all her caregivers at the hospital, Tom Baker Cancer Centre, Homecare and Skyview Hospice.

There will be no funeral at Glenda’s request. There will be a private family gathering in the spring.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Glenda’s name to your local Food Bank or a charity of your choice.
