Erhart Hubick

Erhart passed away peacefully on November 4, 2021. Dad lived a happy life full of family and friendships that lasted lifetimes. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and great friend.  

He was predeceased by his parents John and Johanna; his wife’s parents Grandma and Grandpa Niebergall; brother Arnold; sister-in-law Marj Hubick; brothers-in-law, Lou Wiese, Alec Rattray, Doug McLaren, Merle Larsen, Gerhardt Neumann, Bill Niebergall, and George Niebergall.    

Dad is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Beatrice; son Grant; daughter Pam Forti; son-in-law Rick Forti; grandchildren Jerrica and Tanner Hubick, Lucas and Riley (Rachel) Forti; great-grandchildren Trenidey, Rhyder, Logan, Eli, Huxley; his three sisters Clara Wiese, Eva Rattray, and Madeline Larsen; sisters-in-law Bernice Neumann and Delores Niebergall, and numerous nieces and nephews.

We would like to thank Pastor Kevin Scott and the staff at Age Care Midnapore for the kindness and support they have shown our parents. Also, Dr. Mark Grainger for his many years of caring for Dad.

All family and friends are invited to join at the Graveside Service at Eden Brook Cemetery at 11:30 am (24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary). A private Family Memorial Service will take place at Shepherd King Lutheran Church at 1:30 pm and will be live-streamed for those wishing to partake.

In lieu of flowers, if you wish, the family would like you to donate to your choice of charity.
