We are devastated to announce the passing of Diane Elizabeth Huebert at Dulcina Hospice in Calgary at the young age of 62. She leaves to mourn her mother, Blanch Warnock, and sisters Kathy (Kevin), Elaine (Duncan), and Laura (Garth) as well as many nieces and nephews. Diane was predeceased by her father, Harry Huebert, and recently her step-father, Ken Warnock.
Diane grew up in Winnipeg and moved to Calgary as a young adult. In her career, she started out as a legal assistant and then became a devoted Registered Psychologist. Diane loved her work and used a soul-centred approach integrating the body, mind, and soul. Her priority was on helping others shown by the many people she touched with her beautiful light and love.
Diane was direct, spunky, and loving to all who knew her. We will miss the glint in her eyes and the love in her heart that made us feel so loved. We know that Diane is singing and dancing on the other side. Peace, love, and light to you Diane.
At Diane’s request, there will not be a funeral service. The interment will be held in Winnipeg at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a pet rescue agency of your choice as Diane was a real lover of cats.
We thank all of the doctors, nurses, and other health care workers who cared for Diane, especially Palliative Home Care and Dulcina Hospice.
