Carol Maria Lam (Kan Pui Chee), passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 86 years.

They had two daughters, Constance and Sylviann, and later immigrated as a family to Calgary in February 1989. Dedication to family and her Catholic faith was a constant throughout her life, work, and travels. Having been cared for by her family with love and attention, Carol passed after a long-term illness peacefully in her sleep at home in Calgary.
She will be forever missed by the many people whose lives she touched.
Carol is survived by husband Peter Lam; daughters Constance (Connie) Lam, Sylviann (Sylvie) Fung; son-in-law Jim Fung; and grandchildren Joanne Fung and Julian Fung.
