Serafina Mancuso (Talarico) passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at the age of 93 years. Serafina Talarico (Mancuso) was born February 16, 1924 in Cicala, Catanzaro, Italy. She arrived in Calgary in 1967 with her husband Gesuele Mancuso and their daughter Giovanna. Serafina was preceded by her husband Gesuele, her parents and her siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Giovanna Mancuso; her Grandchildren, Leonora Palladino (Vic Palladino), Claudia Manzo (Nolberto Aburto) and Giosue Manzo; and her great grandchildren, Tatianna, Sophia, Olivia and Luca. She has many nieces and nephews in Calgary and Italy.Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at St. Joseph's Catholic Church (640 - 19 Ave NW) on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 7:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Catholic Church (640 - 19 Ave NW) on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 10:00 am. Graveside Service to follow at Queen's Park Mausoleum.
