Frank Niehaus

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deacon Frank Niehaus. He passed away peacefully on February 28, 2017 at the age of 71 years. Frank was preceded by his son Jeffrey, parents Emma and Leonard, brothers Robert and Clifford. He is survived by his wife Pat, two sons Todd and Chad, his five grandchildren, Isabelle, Jeffrey, Eve, Grace, Jack and his 3 siblings Owen, Roger and Betty. Frank was born May 13, 1945 in Killam, Alberta and he will be truly missed by those many lives he touched. Frank was a Deacon in the Diocese of Calgary for many years, and involved in many ministries. He also enjoyed many years coaching his boys in both hockey and baseball. Relatives and friends are invited to the Prayers and Tributes at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (10827- 24 Street SW on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 7:00pm. Funeral Mass will be concelebrated at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (10827-24 Street SW) on Friday, March 3, 2017 at 11:00am, with the Most Reverend William T. McGrattan, Presider.
