Werner "Ray" Keller Obituary

Ray Keller, beloved husband of Melody Nayler-Keller of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at the age of 91 years.

Ray was born on April 8, 1928 in Germany while his family was on vacation, then they returned home to Philadelphia. It was his work in Geology that brought him and his family to Calgary in the early 70’s. Ray was a US Veteran and a proud member of the local YMCA for nearly 50 years. He enjoyed spending time with loved ones, bird watching, reading, music, outdoors, sports, and became a computer “guru” in his 70’s.

Ray will be lovingly remembered by his wife Melody, his 2 stepchildren, 4 sons, numerous grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and other family members. His humor, intelligence, and his willingness to share his incredible life stories will be sadly missed.
