Shannon Mitchell

With heavy hearts we announce the unexpected passing of our daughter Shannon Mitchell at the age of 32 years, on September 14, 2017. Born in Richmond Hill, Ontario on July 10, 1985 Shannon was the daughter of Mrs. Louise Patrick and Mr. Derek Mitchell. Beside her birth parents, Shannon is survived by her sister Victoria, stepfather Ian Patrick, stepmother Heather Hannon and a large circle of family and friends who's lives and hearts Shannon had the opportunity to touch. In keeping with Shannon's wishes cremation has taken place. A service of remembrance will be held for Shannon on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Hillhurst United Church, 1227 Kensington Close NW, Calgary Alberta, T2N 3J6. An opportunity to share memories of Shannon will follow immediately in the church hall during a time of fellowship and refreshments.
