Rhiannon Noelle Dayna Vokey

Rhiannon Vokey passed peacefully away in Calgary, Alberta on Friday, June 15, 2018 at the age of 40 years.  Left to mourn with broken hearts but beautiful memories are Rhiannon’s mother Diane Bridger; sisters Courtney (Mark and special nephew Max) and Jane (Mike and nephew Isaac);  very special cousin Anthony Rideout; grandmother Effie Bridger; aunts and uncles Cavell Newman (Wilmore), special aunt Brenda Bridger (Dwana), Clarence Bridger, Barry Bridger (Ann), Ken Bridger (Louise) and Paul Bridger (Maya); special friend Michael Keisweiter; stepfather Peter Vokey; as well as a large circle of family and friends in Newfoundland and Calgary. Rhiannon will be very dearly missed and carried forever in the heart of her aunt Brenda with whom she shared a very special bond. Rhiannon was taken much too soon and her beauty, caring and compassion will remain with all those whose lives she has touched.  Cremation will take place in Calgary. A gathering of family and friends will take place in Calgary at Evan J. Strong Funeral Services (5502 – 2nd Street SW) on Wednesday June 20, 2018 from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm.  A celebration of Rhiannon’s life will take place in St. John’s, Newfoundland at a later date. At the families request, please no flowers.
