Patrick Gerald Hickey

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Patrick Hickey, on Monday, May 28, 2018 at the age of 60 years.  He was a husband, dad, papa, Harley lover, Patriotic Newfie, and bologna loving man. Even though he fought a long, hard, difficult battle, he was the guy who would always brighten everyone else’s day and do anything for anyone. He passed surrounded by his loved ones and went peacefully to the pearly gates, where he hoped to be greeted by his friends and family up there already – and all you can eat fish and chips (maybe some Newfie music sprinkled in there too). He will be missed by everyone that knew him. Rest peacefully, until we meet again. It was Pat’s wishes that we didn’t gather in sadness, so please celebrate him by having a beer and toast to him! This is where we all spent the last few weeks with Dad and the staff there all loved him so much.
