Manja Viola Labbe

Manja Viola Labbe passed away peacefully on October 22, 2019 at Chinook Hospice after a long courageous battle with cancer.

Manja, also known as Meme and Angel Love, was born December 15, 1948 in Copenhagen, Denmark and moved to Calgary at the age of 8.

She is survived by her loving husband, Michel Labbe; her daughter, Rosita (James); and her granddaughters, Jaclyn and Shayna. Manja is predeceased by her mother, Anny; her father, Ib; her sister, Jessie; and her brother, Rene.

Funeral service and reception will be held at the Danish Lutheran Church (210 - 10th Avenue NE) on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 2:00pm.
