Leslie Beckner

Les Beckner, 82, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Les will be lovingly remembered by his wife Claire of 55 years, daughter Bonnie, son Rob (Heather) and grandchildren Kelsie, Taylar and Nathan. Les will be remembered for his easy-going manner and his active lifestyle. He enjoyed golfing, curling, square dancing, camping and playing cards. He was a career banker and a lifelong member of numerous service clubs and loved giving back to his community. Les enjoyed making people laugh - a family gathering was not complete until he had someone laughing so hard they cried. Les was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all. He will be dearly missed.
