It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Boots Rogers on Sunday, April 1, 2018, at the age of 88 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Isabel; sons Donald and David; grandchildren Lindsay (Adam) Lenius, Kelly Rogers and Jordan McCreary; as well as great-granddaughter Sabella Lenius. He was predeceased by his brother Donald (Irene). Boots made many friends through the retail sporting goods business he owned as well as his involvement with the Calgary Oldtimers Hockey Association. At his request no memorial service will be held.
