Etta (Henrietta) Isabelle Hoare

Henrietta (Etta) Isabelle Hoare passed away on June 8, 2019 at the age of 88 years. Born in Coronation Alberta to David & Edith Gallaher, she was a lifelong resident of this province. She is survived by her brother Jim Gallaher (Evelyn), sister Edie Gallaher, sister-in-law Shirley Gallaher and her 6 children: Donald (Tina) Hoare, Terry (Hank) Biesbroek, Tracy (Randall) Harvey, Glen (Colleen) Hoare, Virginia Hoare and Joni Righthand; her grandchildren, Colleen (Matthew) Loewen, Kevin Hoare, Cynthia (Trevor) Compton, David (Share) Biesbroek, Sean (Susan) Biesbroek, Rebecca and Jonathan Harvey, Mariah (Kameron), Abbigail and Natasha Hoare and Tyler Ford; as well as her great-grandchildren, Corban, Elsie, Nathan, Elizabeth, Matthew, Lashae, Isaac, Mackenzie and Lauren.  Etta joins her husband Donald with whom she shared 63 years of marriage who passed away in 2013; her elder brother David (Shirley) who died in 2018 and her parents. Throughout their years together Don & Etta selflessly cared for countless foster babies dedicating innumerable hours, sleepless nights and years to their betterment and development. Etta will be dearly missed by those who loved her and those to whom she gave such great care. There will be a private graveside service at Queen’s Park Cemetery followed by the funeral service which will be held at First Alliance Church (12345 40 St SE) on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 1:00pm with Pastor Ray Matheson presiding with a light reception to follow.
