Dorothy Jean Sinclair

Dorothy Sinclair passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018 at the age of 84 years. Dorothy was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She spent her childhood in Johannesburg, South Africa, returning to the US in 1945. After her marriage she moved to Canada in 1959 and lived in Winnipeg and Edmonton before residing in Calgary in 1969. One of Dorothy`s greatest passions in life was dancing, but she was truly happiest when giving of herself to others. Dorothy loved learning and the challenge of growing in her knowledge and understanding of her Faith, herself and her world. Her life flowed from her love for the Lord and was reflected in all she was and did. She is survived by her daughter Leslie Williams (Paul Williams) and granddaughters Ashley Whyte (Cody Whyte) and Audra Williams of St. Albert; her son Ian (Christine), Medicine Hat, and her granddaughter Serena of Calgary; and her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Florida. She was predeceased by her father and mother, Arthur & Dorothy Greathead (Anderson) and her brother Robert Greathead (Margaret).
