Diane Melinda Stair

Diane Melinda Stair passed away suddenly on November 24, 2016 at her home in Calgary, Alberta. Linda was born on January 17, 1949 in Didsbury, Alberta to Dean and Roberta Stair. Survived by her siblings, Barb (Jasper) DeRuiter, Dorothy (Bob) Burkholder, Marilyn Lippert and Allan (Margaret) Stair. Linda has three children, Tracy, Jackie (Lyle) Hann, and Rodney; along with grandchildren, Amber, Timothy, Amanda and Dean; and three great- grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Her father, Dean; mother, Roberta; and brother, Donald all preceded her in death. Linda attended Cremona High School and grew up in the Big Prairie area on the family farm. She was known for her cooking, love of animals, and sense of humour. She liked card games and game shows. She enjoyed reading and collecting old records. There will be no formal service, anyone wanting to remember Linda may make a donation to the nearest animal shelter.
