DARRYL JOHN RICHARD
August 26, 1969 - January 21, 2017

It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Darryl Richard on January 21, 2017 in Calgary at the age of 47. He is survived by his daughter Meagan (Josh), his grand-daughter Aalliyah, his mother Greta, Sister Debi, Brother Dan (Lora), Niece's Selina (Dwayne), Kelly (Alex), Jayde (Riley), nephews Mathew, Andrew (Brittany), Riley & Jayce and great-nieces Brooke & Morgan. He is predeceased by his father Denis. Darryl will be greatly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

We will miss Darryl's infectious smile that could light up a room, his caring heart and his contagious laugh that could make anyone join in. He was kind and thoughtful and would do anything for you if you asked. Darryl was always entertaining, often inspiring and was one who always enjoyed life.

Darryl has finally found the peace he so desperately searched for. He will be dearly missed by us all and we will hold him in our hearts forever and always.

A Celebration of Darryl's Life will be held at Alexandra Centre Society (922 - 9 Avenue SE Calgary, AB T2G 0S4) on Sunday, February 5, 2017 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. In Lieu of flowers if you wish to make a donation, it can be made to any Royal Canadian Legion.
