On November 08, 2019, Charles Elcock Weekes, loving spouse, father and grandfather passed away at the age of 52. Born on September 16, 1967 in Habana, Cuba. He received his degree as a Medical Doctor with Gold Diploma Award in 1991 from the Superior Institute of Medical Science in Habana, Cuba and continued his career in the medical field until his passing. Charlie enjoyed cooking, travelling, driving under the rain, dancing, fishing, watching movies, fashion and helping others. He was very charismatic. His medical career attests to his intelligence and desire to be successful, and his care demonstrated the kind of person he was. Charlie is survived by his mother, Liliana, his spouse, Zandra, his daughter Jerotha, and his grandson, Emerson, as well as his brothers and sisters in Cuba and the USA. Charlie you were taken from our lives too soon. In your time in this earth, you shared your life with us. We shared your happiness and sorrows. Your love for life and the light inside of you was so strong and bright that you made anyone who was near you a happier person. You taught us how to be happy regardless of any circumstance. You loved life so much and knew how to celebrate it! Charlie you were a loving son, nephew, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, and you will always be remembered as such.
Show me your way Lord and teach me your paths guide me in your truth… Remember Lord, your great mercy and love for they are from of old …remember me. Do not remember my sins of my youth and rebellious ways; according to your love remember me, for you, Lord, are good (Psalm25:4-7)
Charlie, we celebrate your life, not your death and will keep celebrating when we meet again in the house of our father, our Lord. Your loving spouse, Zandra
