Ardith Hargrove, born in Fredericton, New Brunswick on December 14, 1949, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Chinook Care Hospice after a long battle with cancer. She was always a lively spirit, pursuing her interests in music, her community, book club, and giving generously of her time in organizations such as Ujamma Grammas and the Calgary International Film Festival. Ardith also was a devoted mother and grandmother, putting family first and food on the table. She is survived by her sons, Craig and Andrew; her grandsons, Peter and Cian; her sister, Darlene and her brothers Brad, Dwaine, Kim and Greg. Ardith has requested there will be no memorial service held.
